Your amount is too large. Try <Rm2k and see. These few months I try rm500-700 multiple times per month, all masuk (no money - all still lock in FD)

So by end of the month, already topup min rm1k into asw2020.
*
not everyone is so free to top-up multiple times per month leh sad.gif

I am sorry. May I know, when will divvy be calculated?
*
those invest after 2nd onwards, dividend would only be counted starting the next month.

for ASW, the financial closing is in August. then they would give dividend on 1st Sept icon_rolleyes.gif

eh meaning aspire people can cut q into the asnb counter even there is plenty of asb fella withdrawing 24/7?
*
I think I know how the cut Q works.

u go meet CS. No take number. u wait aside. the CS tell counter staff about "VIP" customer.

when ASNB counter ready to take next number. the staff bring u to counter make transaction, while those with ASNB Q number keep waiting for the number to be called devil.gif

She did refer to the guidebook for instructions, and few of her colleagues surrounding the pc/printer to check whats the problem.
End up, she advised me to come back later on to collect the passbook, told me it seems like a printer issue.

Luckily the bank is nearby my house, I can drop by tomorrow morning and collect the passbook.

QUOTE(RokXIII @ Mar 8 2016, 04:46 PM)
Initially was ASM, for 500.
I collected the passbook just now (they called me saying the issue was fixed), i asked to topup ASW, managed to grab 500 too.

Had a pretty clear view on how they performed the transaction, basically the whole thing takes less than 1 minute.
From the moment they login to the system (here took more time to load the page), fill up our details (only have to key in our account number & amount), the rest like which fund, payment type, initial/additional subscription are all drop-down selection. Then click on save button, confirmation box prompts out, then click confirm button and it will show you whether it is successful or insufficient fund (took only few seconds).

So, like what other ppl mentioned before, it is purely on luck (whether the fund is available that time) and if the staff willing to help you. smile.gif
*
finally they managed to fixed the problem.

now onwards hope can do ASNB transaction without any problem at the branch. cool2.gif
