When one is confident about buying a stock, he/she have done adequate research & able to hold the stock even when Mr Market bashes down the share price. One would have a trading plan b4 entering a trade. (admittedly planning my exit point is something I'm lacking)

One would also be able to spot an opportunity & pounce on it decisively, eg those who bought BursaMalaysia when it dipped to RM8.

yep, likely EPF is the main one selling down some counters for cash, isinar.
at this point, all indications are very little money, foreign or domestic, is going into hard or soft investments.

i thought i read in bursa website that an rss short in open market must be covered by a buyback in open market..?

anyway, rss shorts yesterday were small except for kossan which is strange.
i wudn't be surprised if simultaneously they bought back significantly yesterday - that we will know only tmr.
as of this morning, there is about rm2.78bil shorted value outstanding for the 4 gloves.
