I have a question on average down prices for those doing partial/buying selling while holding existing units.

So let's say i have 5k units of stocks at Rm1 and then i buy another 5k units at Rm2. System will show average of Rm1.5.

Now if i decide to sell the first batch of shares (5k units at Rm1) at breakeven price of Rm1, the second batch price should still be 5k units at Rm2, right? Somehow the system will still reflect Rm1.5, so is this something i should ignore?

The way it is dropping is scary, when the profits are still more than the previous quarters.

Never tried short selling, so need to create another share account for it?

Warrants can use normal share account?

If KLSE is going to move like this moving forward, all investors will run (local/foreign).
