Simplistically, when the red bar in hot counters is gone, it is time to leave.
When the red just emerged and it is growing, time to get in (make sure to verify with fundamentals so you dont join any goreng counters).

So i lurked into i3, jumpa support group and consoled each other “yes! Director have faith in this company! When the share price is down still buyback! I believe in this company! Ok since im up by 200% no reason for me to sell!”

Then slowly the price drop from 5.4>4.6>3.8>3.2 (Exit price)

profit drop from 200%++ to like 50%.

Yes a profit still a profit. But consider lucky.

Some bought at RM5.4, wonder where they are now.

Price had dropped since revenue and dividends had dropped due to illegal cigarettes taking over too much market share.
The government has announced measures to counter this in the latest budget.
I have a personal target for this stock of RM 16 by next year. At that stage I will check if there are any other stocks which are better.

It's strong and stable, because even though there is an ongoing pandemic, it is still able to pay out consistent dividends every quarter, unlike a lot of other dividend paying stocks (for example bank and beer stocks).
If you have any other stocks which did this at or around the same dividend yield, please let me know.

To my mind, just be honest and say "We don't want to pay dividends this year in order to preserve cash. This is in view of the Covid-19 pandemic which is causing uncertainty in the banking industries especially with the extension of the loan moratorium for selected groups. We need to monitor our NPL, cash flow bla, bla, bla"

since nov 17, EPF incr stake almost everyday from <5% to 5.455% on dec 7.
