The chain of events is different laaa...

first KPMG find discrepancies, yes?

okay skip shoplot auditor period...
then so came ... EY, right?

EY is supposed to make review and then make a 'findings update' ... yes?

and since the discrepancies involves billions of ringgit....

a deadline is needed right?

in which, Bursa did gave SD a deadline... 26th Oct.

and Bursa again give warning....

Kindly be advised that Bursa Securities had today issued a directive to SERBADK to:

(a)          make an announcement on the findings from the Factual Findings Update on the Special Independent Review by 26 October 2021;

(b)          announce Bursa Securities’ directive immediately; and

©          impose a suspension of trading on SERABDK’s securities on the next market day after the directive deadline, in the event of non–compliance to the directive.
And what did SD do?

got follow directive or not?

And that suspension was for what?
the boss suddenly announced he disposed all of his warrants. Just like that. on 21st Oct.
in the midst of a book cooking scandal, the boss pulls a stunt like that....

It's that time of year again where I do my personal year end closing on my financials. 2022 investments start next week for me.
Took a big hit in China. And in Bursa because of one stupid trade that I did which I should have known better. Always something to learn.

Net off, 7% up for the year isn't too shabby overall but those two events really took the shine off.

Is there any way to fight inflation besides having a job? Or climbing up corporate ladder?

i think this is a general investing/trading thread, we could share more opinion here

if not stock, then what tools to fight inflation?
