1) driver not supposed to cancel any trip. 0% CR tolerance rate.

2) acceptance rate - must accept all jobs. 100%

Ding-dong-ed a few replies. First one was a scripted answer, bold keywords (not surprising), saying she checked the fare calculation is correct and bla bla explanation and policy, request to escalate. I tested them by asking how the surge is calculated, and again my "ass-pain" condition with running engine. Guess what, an improved scripted answer! and still bold keywords. You will feel a little offended when you read it, treating me like a primary kid. I asked a simple answer, not asking for double check nor more explanations. I told them this is a flaw in the system and I even suggest how to overcome this (gave them a win-win situation) between all parties.

Third reply, was to thank me for the input and they will so-call review internally. You better improve, UBER! No point to ding-dong anymore with front-line "answers".
Thanks. Learned it, Realized it, Tasted it. Telling myself not to be so OBSESSIVE with the acceptance rate. It is an unpaid-effort, and charity.

Actually i am really pissed off today.

I got a request, from a rider 5+km away, fine i go there.

Otw there (3km) away, there is a notifcation from Uber "We have matched you with a closer rider!"

Not sure if the earlier rider cancelled the ride or the Uber app system, suka hati changed to new rider??

Yes, it is closer but to get to the location, because i was on a flyover and the route to the pickup location was below the flyover, so had to exit from the highway, ok fine i will exit the next one and go to the new location

Then another same notification from Uber, (closer rider!), only it is NOT EVEN CLOSER! It's a 6km and going there took me 11 minutes.

Is this a new feature from Uber? If yes, i dont find it useful at all and very confusing!

edit: When i first doing Uber, this "close rider" as well as "accepting a trip while on a trip" were not there and i enjoyed it so much

2-Tier Net Earnings Guarantee
Tier 1: Complete 90 trips and earn RM750 net, guaranteed.
Tier 2: Complete 110 trips and earn RM1,000 net, guaranteed.

Guaranteed Earnings = Fare (including tolls and surge) + Boost Earnings – Uber’s Service Fee
This is valid for all trips in Penang Island and Mainland.
Valid for all trips at any time between Monday 4am till Sunday 11:59pm
Example 1: You completed 91 trips and earned RM780 in gross fares (or RM585 in net fares after service fee) and RM60 in Boost earnings.

Since your net earnings are RM585 + RM60 =RM645, we will top up RM105 to you so that you earn RM750 net.

Example 2: You completed 115 trips and earned RM1,200 in gross fares (or RM900 in net fares after service fee) and RM185 in Boost earnings.

Since your net earnings are RM900 + RM185 =RM1,085, this is higher than the RM1,000 net guaranteed so there will be no top-up.

You will see your top-up amounts in your payment statements on Tuesday 16 May 2017 12pm.

Can't really blame them for reducing it. The number of assholes who are gaming all the airport trips is ridiculous.

Anytime you go airport also the queue will be full wan. Both for KLIA and KLIA2. All plant GPS.

My last trip took 3 hours waiting time.

heard some driver queue got reset....their queue no restart again at 100+ after hours of waiting.

i just had the saddest rider ever.

it started with a rider asking to send his workers to his new factory, in bukit beruntung.

i had no choice to accept it eventho it is quite far and i dont know if i can get a rider return to KL. toll cost already rm4

right after i drop em all off, i decided to take a short break, since it would be a while for me to get a rider there.

luckily, right after i finished my breakfast, i received one request. i took it without hesitation. its either that or no rider home.

i called a few times, but cant be reach. maybe battery dead, or phone jammed. arrived at the pickup point, it was a mother with 6 kids.. i am driving an axia. she worried at first, asking whether can fit or not. since her kids are all 2-11 years old, i dont mind la. i am not gonna ask them to cancel and recommend em uberXL.

right after i drop em off at their destination. the rider sadly ask me to wait while she go get some money from her sister's house. the fare was rm60.

it turns out that she had been kicked out from her husband, together with all the kids. they are in the process of divorce. it seriously shocked me.

people nowadays, everything is easy. halau wife also call uber. i feel very sorry for the rider.
