Offshore HVAC memang sedap dia punya $$$ rate tapi selalunya kalau platform shutdown or repair maintenance work baru panggil. Call-off basis jer.

Onshore HVAC memang ada, kau tunggu laa next year sure berlambak2 those maincon & subcon RAPID Pengerang mencari2. This year still early, next year construction baru betul2 rancak.

Kau dapat offer mana? Dynac?

at the moment nowhere, 102 is still in the hunt for an operator both locally and overseas.

with PP101 nearing its end with the current operator, she will be returning to PCSB hopefully if they plan to drill anything somewhere.

So either UMW or Perisai will get this.

Hess Malaysia issues ITB
MALAYSIA: Hess in Malaysia has issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a 15K BOP jackup.
It is understood only Malaysian contractors were invited to bid. Responses to the ITB are due on 4 July 2016. The operator is planning an exploration and development campaign covering about four HPHT wells, together with other exploration and development scope. The targeted commencement window is between early 2017 and April 2017. Hess is looking for a minimum 91 m/300 ft-rated jackup with HPHT capability. The duration of the charter could be one year plus a one-year option, or 18 months.
20-Jun-2016

Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd reached an agreement with PPL Shipyard Ltd., a subsidiary of Singapore's Sembcorp Marine Ltd., to defer delivery of newbuild jackup Perisai Pacific 102 (400' ILC) to end October, the company disclosed Friday in a filing on local stock exchange Bursa Malaysia.

"The delivery date is now revised to a date no later than Oct. 31. The parties have further agreed that the Company shall bear no more cost for the Perisai Pacific 102 from April 1," Perisai said.

yep. MPM is pushing those hess buggers towards our msian contractors. i kinda agree with the mpm considering how hess f***ed up operation they run and still want to look for matsalleh.

sources close to hess are saying its going to be one of the naga's that is currently parked at ksb.

as for the drilling itself im hearing that one section alone may take up to 3/4 weeks of drilling. that is if every thing is smooth sailing down the hole.

I can say one thing, the days of 11-14 mil USD T&I job prices are over. When u talk about floating facilities T&I, the new norm will be 7 mil USD....so unless those big guys does not buck-up, they will have jobs far and few in between.

One procurement engineer just resigned. Hence, the vacancy i reckon. E&i backgroud is at advantage since she was in-charge for solar turbines retrofit jobs.

However, not too sure about project engineer position though. Maybe for deleum primera or deleum chemical. Oilfield and power&machinery division are not doing very well now.
