MediaCoder, converts almost everything

If you only want to play it on your pc, just get the plugin for Winamp/WMP. If you're using foobar2000, it's supported natively.

guys, any1 knows which software to use for converting real media video to mpeg or AVI or anything else also can...without watermark, free trial limitations....?

Depends on what your home television is connected to... VCD player? DVD Player? or perhaps a Portable video player like Archos can directly stream that file directly to TV too...

and does anyone know of any eye-treatment methods i can use after reading that? lol....

Something happened when i format my pc,after i used the converter, the center
of the movie got showed the nag ... how i delete it ? tq

Try ConvertXtoDVD.

A simple software that support most video format and subtitle. But the con is it does not support rmvb.

Avi2DVD will do...

Thnks for previous support...Ive actually been trying to google up for guide and help in ripping off DVD to rmvb back again ..even tried going to videohelp.com, DVD guides which basically thats what ppl will reccomend going into.
However, I noticed that all help and support only been given if u want to convert media files such as avi, divx, rmvb/rm, xvid etc to dvd format. Not the other way round.
Ive earlier posted up this question in other forums but unfortunately, cant really get helpful advice to go about and Im still stuck with it.

If u guys/anyone who could be kind enough to offer step by step guide to help me out here, ur help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks a lot.
