Well i bought a unit in block A1, about 400k i think minus this and that.

My honest opinion cyberjaya can go up, but im buying for my own stay since i work here.

Rental or whatever doesnt concern as much for me. 600sf is the new norm in malaysia.
We have to deal with it, besides its my first purchase I can just buy another one if I dont like it.

Think positive of things, dont worry so much.

u can buy. but dont take the grr....

the arc not bad...

but sadly got 3rd arty grr messed up the whole thing

The arc is high density and looks like a flat IMO
But if early entry at the right price, can be good I suppose

But I forsee tenants preferring elsewhere with abundant options

bought 650 sft last week. Not much units left . been told that only left a few units with rm500k and above. i m lucky to grab final type C.

Location wise quite good as it next to future mydin, opposite king henry's college, sejati and more over not really in the busy town centre but still within the flagship zone.

heard tram is otw. anyone know the tram progress. MRT as usual already in progressed

just purchase 450sqft unit..happy about it. very promising location.
looking at the population in puchong now dense and development is pushing towards bukit puchong and puchong south moving towards cyberjaya more.

With KLIA aeropolis DFTZ is coming up, the entire area from puchong south till klia side will develope fast . cyberjaya access to highways is so easy to reach Bandar Malaysia via Mex .

additional Cyberjaya Hospital and Tamarind shopping mall 5times bigger than DPulze, MRT ,Tram,Segi college etc.

No matter how, you don't have good exit point or survive plan.

im not thick pocket lah smile.gif ..lol..I only got a studio unit which rental income covers loan repayment. I mostly buy like this. diversify a landed into small units which if the event of unable to rent out, I wont get stuck a lump sump of money there leaving it empty landed home. and small units rental rates still can cover my loan repayments. only thing is abit slowet gain compared to landed. anyway my unit is GRR for few years . if GRR doesnt work like what happend to the arc recently, I know how to rent out. moreover its fully furnished I prefere it as hassle free wanna furnished.

im okay with this strategy, but not everyone ok with it. its their way which they must feel comfortable with.

most of GRR in Malaysia are scheme, cheating people money, the arc, resort, sentral bazaar and etc.
