I actually renting here, words are it has become the ghetto of cyberjaya.

Just last week we got notice from the management telling us they are aware of prostitution, drug dealing and overstaying activities.

Last 2 days, if I'm not mistaken there were 2 officers hiding at the second floor parking lot overseeing the entrance, maybe to spy?

Quite interesting haha

Can I know any agent here can help to sell my office lot in Kenwingston? Price will be lower than market value and 3% commission will be given to the agent if can sell within these few months.
