tamarind suite as far as i know, pretty much sold out, unless developer decided to release another block
I think they are holding another block for own use now, not sure in future

but the tamarind effect maybe pushing price the surroundings including this project

can share how is the market in cyber like ?

ard how many apt/ service pat/ condo / soho there aledi ?

still can absorb ?

i know there are many uni/ college there. got 20K student ?

A few apt/condo/soho there, but SOHO demand higher, reflected by its high rental

Definitely more than 20k students
Limkokwing alone has 9.5k students in 2013

Also cyberjaya is silicon valley of malaysia
