tamarind suite as far as i know, pretty much sold out, unless developer decided to release another block
I think they are holding another block for own use now, not sure in future

but the tamarind effect maybe pushing price the surroundings including this project

A few apt/condo/soho there, but SOHO demand higher, reflected by its high rental

Definitely more than 20k students
Limkokwing alone has 9.5k students in 2013

Also cyberjaya is silicon valley of malaysia

Sales gallery and show unit to launch on 27/5 @ 2pm onwards
It will then open from 10am to 8pm

Some updates and basic info:
Block A: A1 and A2 (not launched yet, but confirmed 10% price increase)
Block B: B1 (>95% sold out) and B2 (>60% sold out)
Move in condition and with min 1 carpark

Remaining units for example 450sqft now starting @ RM 270k+
Rental yield for studio pretty high, can check on website

A proposed mall is confirmed to located beside the project

600 sqft all sold out
657 < 15 units
815 < 8 units
450 < 40 units

Right beside a proposed mall (Mydin)
Right below Sejati residence
Surprisingly quite a lot for own-stay
A lot of young couples

IOI used a few contractors

But.. this company is doing Conezion, lets see hows the workmanship

Everyone will have their own opinions. What we do is to present facts and our analysis.

Well since this is a forum, there's no right to stop what ppl saying.

At the end of the day, if ppl don't like they won't buy; if ppl think it is an opportunity, ppl will buy. I believe good investors will know what is wrong and right.

Well at least the updates I have now is the number of available units very limited.
Quite number of buyers buying for own-stay. Mainly young working couples.
Some buyers working in Mont Kiara/PJ also buying for own-stay. Reason is affordable.

Feedback from buyers are they like this location because its not too close to student area (Not that Cyberjaya is big to begin with)
And mind that, quite a lot actually buying for own-stay

The proposed is actually a big plus for them, while still keep away some distance from student area
Also with next phase gonna + 10% in price, you can say those who bought this phase now already appreciate in value
