That corner still so kampung =.=!
Seem like not so soon the launching..
I remember that is a slope and the road is very small only.
Also, I hate to passby the bump at that slope

pv used very cheap materials in their pv13,14,15,16 condominiums...
i used to rent a room in pv16... the doors are hollow, security is lax and you can hear even a pin drop on the upstairs unit..

every body rush to TARC buy house for rental,

I feel like Sg long UTAR more potential,
since it just begin few year, highly chance the UTAR will expend and more demand coming.

most importent the price still resonable
