You can told the lawyer , the balance RM25K pay via EPF, they will settle for you if i not wrong.... i currently at this stage. Tomorrow meet Lawyer. (by the way until the loan stage, you might receive a reminder letter from developer which warn you expiry date for loan approval is near. My developer agent told me to ignore |
