CF will be very good, CA not since most of the property target students don't hav good appreciate over the time. PV 9 Rumawip (vista 1/vista 2) are windfall with RM300k per unit. DBKL staff can even buy on cheaper price. Do 1 more partition at the living room, rental easily cover installment. Demand is high here since next to Tarc and Melati LRT.

Does any of you know the student population of TARUC?
There are about 900++ Rumahwip there=about 2700 Rumahwip rooms.

Should be 30k. Regardless how many rumahwip, this is the only one with 300m from TARUC back door and 300m from the LRT. Which we can fetch a higher rental RM300 -RM500 compare to other developer.

Checked from TARUC website, the total student are 30k. For KL main campus, it is at about 18k.
