I requested the card to be sent over to address but CS insist to be sent to branch since they have concerns of non receive by user. Therefore i have been forced to collect at branch.
Can i lodge a request to send to address instead?
*
Some said that's the latest regulation from UOB that must collect from branch.
That said, others still got it via mail.

You can try.

hello.. i understand that vox cash back cut off date for the month is end of the month(30/31).. i would like to know is refer to transaction date or posting date?
*
Transaction date and posting date only appear in unbilled transaction.

If you see your statement, only transaction date is shown. So, can I say it follows transaction date? That said, please try to avoid doing last minute transaction if you know such purchase is already upcoming.

There were few cases here where forummers are not getting cash rebate for transactions did at the end of the month.

This is irresponsible act and those spreading this kind of unethical behavior shall given warning by the moderator.
Taking this easy step to fulfill ur own need is just taking advantage of those really want to report card loss.
This has no difference as if people calling 999 for false emergency.

Moderator please note!!
*
Well, it is not false emergency or anything. When you call 999 it is either something has happened or it is not.
Calling bank, I don't think you purposely call them for fun. I'm not sure about others but I have been patient enough to hold on line before opting for this route.

I don't say it out doesn't mean I didn't wait.

For e.g. HSBC CS made me waited for 30 minutes, I still waited.

Don't judge.

Oh ya, I will choose card loss if none of the options will go through to CS. Some banks don't tell you that if you keep holding it will route to CS.

Just picked up my VOX card in UOB branch today. They really try to sell me investment plan when all the procedures to collect credit card all finishing. Maybe it is one of the reasons they don't want to post me the card.

On a side note here, anyone here is Celcom user? Need pay through uobpayonline or celcom portal to get rebate? Din't find it in the list in first page. Just want to confirm again.
*
Just pay via UOBPayOnline for safety purpose. cool2.gif

Then they should be alright with the epf. Yea bank statement to show the receipt of our gaji. Don't know why UOB so strict, my maybank credit card application was much easier though.
*
It depends. I usually submit 3 months latest payslip and EPF statement, that's all. smile.gif
EPF statement is optional based on my mood. laugh.gif

Anyone use JomPay platform to make payment using VOX? ANy rebates given?
*
Nobody has tried before, so you can do us a favour and try.
However, if the payees also exist in UOBPayOnline, then I will advise you to just use UOBPayOnline.

Hi All,

I would like to ask a question,

let say my cc's statement date is 25th every month, i convert my purchase rm1200 into 6 months easi payment on 24th (1 day before statement closed), cs officer told me it would take few days to proceed.

after my statement was disclosed, is it I could just pay rm200 even the outstanding balance was rm1200?
*
Nope. I believe your statement will capture as full RM 1.2k amount and you will need to pay full RM 1.2k.

If you have the intention for installment conversion, please do it earlier, some banks only allow few days after the purchase take place.

opps, if so, then no point i convert it into easi payment...@@

if during the 20 days grace period, my easi payment application is processed, is it the outstanding balance will be changed accordingly?

last time I waived my AF and CS told me that I can just pay (outstanding balance - AF) even if statement already out
maybe i should just call UOB for clarification
*
AF and easy payment are different.

Yes, if it is processed before the statement is out, then it is fine.

Well, better you clarify with CS. I don't do installment, so I could be wrong. smile.gif

Yes, just 0.11 and saves all the hassle.

I always pay separately for all my cards even from the same bank, never bother to find out if they will split for me or not. laugh.gif
