QUOTE(David83 @ May 24 2016, 09:47 PM) The 0% interest installment plan is usually offered at participating merchant(s) during the point of sales whereby merchant has the terminal from the collaborating bank and the merchant can choose IIP from the POS menu when swiping you card. After purchase installment plan whereby you call to the CS to do the conversion normally won't come with 0% interest rate. Ok noted with thanks, so meaning I will have to let them know my preferred duration for the installment on the spot. The terms and condition stated on their website have to revise probably, it did mentioned the need of filling a application form prescribed by uobm. http://www1.uob.com.my/assets/pdf/tnc/ccTN...terest_free.pdf

UOB Balance Transfer (many years ago) has this flaw that you can't pay early, you can't pay late, you need to pay on the actual date to avoid late interest/early settlement fee.
Of course the Late Interest possibly could be waived ...unsure

You must pay on the due date, not earlier not later (asked a few CS at that time). Cause my Due Date fall on CNY holidays.

I don't understand, why no need to pay? Don't bother about minimum payment, if you pay minimum, you will be imposed with interest. Just ignore that and pay full according to your statement.

Actually your statement is very messy. Just to ease you, I ask you to pay according to the amount state there.
