my outstanding already reduced from 6k, to 1k++.... rclxm9.gif

so, just pay whatever bal after minus all the reversal right?

Yes, that's right. They have no rights to charge you penalty for something which is already reversed, you can always argue back. biggrin.gif

actually the payonline portal, can be used for other bank's ccard as well? or specifically only for uob?

though the first page has already stated "Use any Visa/MasterCard from any bank to pay all your bills here."

but the actual link is from uob (https://payonline.uob.com.my/payonline/Login.do)
*
Any card, it is just one of the facilities by UOB.

Didn't see Syabas listed under the VOX cash back entitlement on page 1, is it entitled for cash back?
*
Pay Syabas via? If UOBPayOnline, then no issue.

OK, unifi also under TMNet then?
*
Erm, cannot recall. If there is no separate selection for UniFi, then it is under TMNet.
For UniFi, if I want to pay via VOX, just pay via its OCC UniFi or TM Portal.

An update regarding paying AEON CC using UOB Vox on Posonline, the transaction posted on unbilled transaction showed "POSONLINE MALAYSIA - ONLINE KUALA LUMPUR", which is the same as my last Nov transaction paying Lembaga Air Perak on Posonline, which brings me to the same conclusion as UOBpayonline: It's not about the merchant but the payment channel.
*
Yes, it is not about the merchant but it is the payment channel.

Hi, I have a UOB ATM DEBIT CARD issued from Singapore. Can I use this card in any ATM in Malaysia, not just UOB after activated for overseas usage?
*
So long it is activated for overseas usage, you can withdraw the money here but please take note the service charge is pretty high.
One withdraw could be RM 15.

QUOTE(herc @ Mar 23 2016, 04:36 PM)
I have question regarding posonline to pay aeon credit card...

Says using VOX to pay Aeon Gold, with the RM1.50 fee to Aeon + GST and 2% CC convenience fee, u actually drag down the % of cash back.

So what's the theory behind? We are at the loss side right?
*
Well, for bigger amount I supposed?
Also, VOX gives 5.3% cash back.

QUOTE(herc @ Mar 23 2016, 04:59 PM)
Example:

Retail spend = 978.83

pay Aeon via POSOnline from UOB VOX (+1.50x6%+2% CC Fee) = RM1,000

Point earn from Aeon = 0.4%
CB earn from UOB VOX = 53 / 5.3%
Fee from POSOnline = 21.20 / 2.12%
Effective CB = 3.58%

Might as well use VOX directly.
*
You mean pay directly from VOX? Not sure how does it work but you may suggest as I don't use my AEON card very often.

Got my UOB VOX cash rebate on statement date.

Shouldn't it be beginning of the month? hmm.gif
*
Are you sure that is 5%? It is the 0.3% cash back. smile.gif
Also, for 5% cash back should be posted by end of following month, it is just that it is always delayed by UOB.
