is't confirm can only collect uob credit card at their branch? cannot request post to home or office address?

Correct. Last time no need to add RM1.50 as it will show the charges separately. Now it will be deducted from the amount you paid.

Got charged for my UOB VOX due to no usage in my last statement cycle.

I already expected it to be charged actually.

Nevertheless, I still called to clarify if it follows calendar month or statement month. I was actually expecting the CS to tell me it is based on statement month but she put me on hold for quite long to check with her manager. Her manager's answer is calendar month! So she said it's a system issue and will straight submit for waiver request.

Actually this is not mentioned in the TnC, so it gives customers a chance to argue. I did use once on 7th April which was previous cycle.

Today my call was picked up instantly and very pleasant experience.

If based on my situation, it is statement month. So if you want to avoid the hassle for calling them, then use once during statement cycle.
