Hi all,
Just a quick check. If my VOX card was approved on 24th April, my cashback quota for the month of Apr will be from 25-30 Apr, and subsequently reflected in May statement right?
I'm wondering if there is "1st statement issue" that PB Visa Signature cardholders face, in which the incomplete monthly cycle is combined with the next complete cycle. I suppose not since the VOX cashback is based on calendar month, but not statement month?

Like reported by others, I can confirm that emailing the form works. UOB didn't send my any acknowledgement on that, but I manage to receive SMS alerts since then. I'm not sure if other cards sharing the same credit limit will also receive SMS alerts with only 1 form request (for 1 card) sent in though, given that my other cards are kept in the drawer.

If I recall correctly, my last online transaction using VOX didn't receive SMS transaction alert given that OTP was required. Not sure about transactions which don't require OTP though.
