Milky way rise around 10pm according to Stellarium, South-North

However I had check with weather forecast: hotspot like Sekinchan, Banting & Ulu Yam seem to be cloudy.

Hard to find milky way spot around kl/selangor area.

you have to go outskirt area and must be a safe place, which mean you will need a car and possibly the place might be out of reception range

so it is better to go with group of friends
