just eat whole eggs

Thank everyone, I think i follow just buy eggs and eat then...LOL. appreciate everyone suggestion.

If you just want the eggwhite, buy egg, take a chopstick and poke a hole. The egg yolk will stay inside the shell. The eggwhite will flow out. Collect it in a bowl, then steam it.

best advice I can give you, is blend it in with your protein shake, you can hardly tell it's there.
