protein drinks are normally post & pre work out, the reason im asking for eggwhite drink are basically to consume during meal to get sufficient amount of protein intake daily.

well...we dont get eggwhite in packets easily in malaysia, not like in western countries. and the one i mentioned sold in sri rampai, even the small bottle also contains alot (the size of the large HL Milk bottle).

once opened, u have 2 weeks to finish it before it goes bad, even if u fridge it. unless u gonna cook it 3 meals a day, everyday for 2 weeks, i dun think u can finish it. i use it to cook breakfast and snack, after 2 weeks also only used half...the other half my dad use it to make omelette. hahaha, the texture is weird i tell u..
