Can condo management block/ban African tenant even when there's no legal document signed by condo owner during purchase?

What's this poll for, we're not part of your residents' committee LOL..

Anyway, this is one of the issue that you have to deal with for non landed property. All of you are effectively occupying on a same piece of land and managed by one JMB. Accept the fact that you cannot please everybody, and final decisions are all dependable on voting process among residents. You think that you're renting out to a good person, but your neighbor might have had a nightmare experience before prior. Who knows? Nobody knows, thus, vote, and majority decides.

Everyone just wanna stay in peace at a place they call home, what for go make police report all those =__=

Try going to sleep at 3AM and suddenly you thought Zouk just opened next door.

Also, these people, they always pretend to be proper and polite during rental screening to convince owner that they are the "good ones". End up still the same.

Anyway it all boils down to money vs ethics.

If one think money is the only consideration in his renting equation then he/she will rent out to whoever irregardless of local/foreign/demographics.

Short term vs long term gain plays a big role, with regards to property value appreciation, and most importantly additional cost to maintain the said unit upon end of tenancy.
