No great expectations but there is already an award winning lake gardens in Gamuda Gardens. A commercial square withr Star Grocer as its anchor tenant, fast food joints and lifestyle shops, this will itself be a day and night change for residents here. Vs now where there is zero amenities in 5 km around Azalea. Whether or not the Luge and Gardens Square will thrive, this remains to be seen but Gamuda's development will go on for another 10 to 15 years. The next phases in the next 10 years are Garden Esteem, ie high end semidees and bungalows. So they have every incentive to make Gardens Square work.
