While Rawang is super congested with many constructions and developments, there is a hidden gem in the outskirts of Sungai Serai / Taman Kundang Jaya. This area is much closer to Kuang, Sungai Buloh, PJ & KL and there is a new interchange being constructed (halfway COMPLETED and can be USED already!) in which the distance from this new interchange to YOUR house is just 3 minutes away!Project Name: Azalea Homes - Taman Kundang Jaya Developer: Fair City Sdn. Gambar berikut merupakan laluan baru yg sedang dibina di kawasan Sg. Serai dimana laluan ini akan menghubungkan jalan Taman Kundang Jaya - Sg. Serai terus ke PLUS Rawang Selatan (tidak melalui LATAR). Maka, jimatlah RM2.50 utk ke LATAR Kuang Timur dan RM1.30 LATAR Kundang Barat! Interchange yg baru ini juga akan menguntungkan penduduk di kawasan sekitar Taman Kundang Jaya, Sungai Serai, Bandar Tasik Puteri dan Kuang. went to azalea home once. i lived nearby kundang. all i can say is that the area is a bit secluded but near to the new interchange. if gamuda really open new township most probably will be very beneficial.

Yeah, Gamuda IS going to open soon. Apart from that, being secluded is good too especially when our housing is surrounded by greeneries.
