what happen after that?
will my file impacted if i upgrade?

for desktop less software need to reinstall
but for laptop is a lot, mainly are those stuff for my study purpose
but if there is anything goes wrong definitely will do clean install, hassle free

guys, what about my situation here.

Guys... 1 question. I'm using Win 10 Pro upgraded from Windows 8.1. Been using it for the past 6-7 months without hiccup. However... am thinking of upgrading to ssd... will i be able to reinstall Win 10 without the serial key...? I have downloaded Win 10 from the media creation app and heard that once pc have been installed with Win 10, the serial key will be permanently bound to the hardware... in this case... the motherboard...

My PC missed the upgrade as the process kept throwing the 0x80073B92 - 0x20009 error over the past few days.

Looks like my laptop would only enjoy it.

Hi everyone need some help
since few weeks ago I just bought ssd for my desktop
and I only realize can point the location to another location
example : files showing in desktop suppose using C (ssd) storage, but can go properties and let it point to D (hdd) storage so it will use hdd storage instead ssd storage (to reduce write as well)

so I done them, but somehow I think I point both Downloads and Desktop folder to same folder, so now their name are the same


from the photo can see both of them getting same name
even I check their properties, and then press restore to default also give me the same location

what I want to do is, point the Downloads folder that suppose in my C (ssd) to my D (hdd) folder name call DL (for example)
and point Desktop folder in C (ssd) to D (hdd) folder name call Desk (for example)
anybody can help ?? if can I don't want to do clean install again, is very tired

but somehow I notice my "Desktop" folder is missing in C:\Users\Username\
google about it, try to use regedit to solve end up still can't
might as well as wait for anniversary update then do a clean install, hassle free

After several trial and errors, the installation worked.

If you have an SSD (with Windows) and a HDD, disconnect the HDD before proceeding with the installation.

Else, it would throw some error code and you'd have to re-download the whole thing again.

so is confirmed once the anniversary update is out then got new ISO for it right ?
lazy to use 10586 version then windows update to get that anniversary update
luckily all my stuff store in hdd, just take time to reinstall

I really HATE        MICROSOFT EDGE - the downloading of webpage is really SUPER SLOW. Makes me feel so frust!!        Internet explorer was faster. Is there a way to make it go faster? So damn slow.

Also previously all my most recent webpages are right on top at the search bar there. Now with bing, the latest webpages you go to are no longer visible. In fact, my homepage (which is Yahoo) also gone. When I click Microsoft edge, my homepage does not appear anymore. Previously with Internet Explorer, it automatically appears. Really teruk-lar!

Thanks for your reply, but I am not sure what you mean by the words coloured in red. I am not exactly computer savvy.

1) Are you saying I need to go buy a "ram disk" from a shop and then use it like it's an external drive whereby I can save the internet explorer temporary folder there? I just drag the whole list into the ram disk? Is this what you mean?

2) press "win+r"? I cannot locate "win+r" on my keyboard. Kindy explain.
