/how to view the event viewer?

press windows key + x, then press v.

goto custom views > administrative events. windows logs should also contains related entries i think.

I have this weird bug in the Get Insider Preview Build options...
it won't let me switch account ever since I choosed rs1_release for the branch.
I don't know why there's two accounts though, it's the same email, and I only have one microsoft account, and I don't use outlook and stuff.
And I can't open Insider Hub with that account signed in, is microsoft upgrading something?

er are you sure you're switching account? it looks like you're switching to the same account that you've logged in. from the list i only saw one account.

Have no idea what all those errors n warning n critical mean

check window update related stuff first.

The update totally screw up my pc.

Critical process died.
Can't go back to previous build.
Sfc didn't work.
Refresh windows failed.
Reformat everything, fresh 1607 build, Taskbar frozen.

Good job Microsoft, good job.

Now no option either wait for fix or stuck with bare 1511 with NO UPDATES AT ALL.

um, pardon me if that's not the case then, but the problem is I can't access Insider Hub even though I've registered in Insider Program and I have an internet connection.... weird
I think there's something wrong with the login but idk how to fix it

Reformat again, now froze at lockscreen after installing Epic Games Launcher and failing to install .NET 2 n 3.

i really have no clue what's going on. i just did a clean install on my z97 build. all went well. again :/

can you try log out and then log in again?

It's ok. I couldn't bother trying to fix it, as my PSU went KABOOM just now.

Well, mine is x58, so main culprit might be SATA controller driver.

Oh, now I feel dumb ._.
I just upgraded to the redstone build of the anniversary update, everything seems to be working again
and about the Insider Hub, microsoft took it down and merged it with the Feedback Hub. Did a google search and found it here.

oh that's terrible :/

yeah it could be the case for sata controller because it's like one of the commonly reported issues for some reasons.

i facing a problem that i trying to install some software when click installing get nothing happen and file explorer freeze... mouse anything work fine just file explorer freeze and didnt show install structure....
