weird. what do you get in the event viewer? all failure should have some sort of messages in the event viewer. maybe from there you can have some clues.
/how to view the event viewer?Microsoft Windows 10 (V.2)

I have this weird bug in the Get Insider Preview Build options... it won't let me switch account ever since I choosed rs1_release for the branch. I don't know why there's two accounts though, it's the same email, and I only have one microsoft account, and I don't use outlook and stuff. And I can't open Insider Hub with that account signed in, is microsoft upgrading something? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

The update totally screw up my pc.
Critical process died. Can't go back to previous build. Sfc didn't work. Refresh windows failed. Reformat everything, fresh 1607 build, Taskbar frozen. Good job Microsoft, good job. Now no option either wait for fix or stuck with bare 1511 with NO UPDATES AT ALL. |

I just upgraded to the redstone build of the anniversary update, everything seems to be working again and about the Insider Hub, microsoft took it down and merged it with the Feedback Hub.
