Guys, how much milk do u use to make latte art?
I have 600ml pitcher. By the time i pour the froth milk into the cup, the milk is finishing already and i get thick foam.. aduuuii....
I use around 250-300 ml of milk into 2 shots of espresso
140-160ml for 1 shot..and around 250-280 for double shot..practice more on ur frothing technique..

What machine are u using to froth the milk?
I have made more than 200 cups in past 3 months, and can never get my damn most basic latte art of a heart shape!
Suspect is the pannarello wand on my machine making the damn foam thick!
pannarello wands tend to inject large and too much of air bubbles..i would recommend to go for traditional steam tip..i usually stop injecting air at 35c

I'm using Arissto frother.
Then I bought a wand from lazada, coz I think I'll just use the frother to heat the milk and use the wand to make the foam, but still a failure.
If too quick, big bubble won't disappear, if too long, the foam will get thicker and I'll get a cappucino instead.

quite hard to get a microfoam from a milk stirrer frothing machine...
if u wanna do a good milk texturing for latte art i would suggest getting bellman stovetop steamer
