Salute coffee lover buddies!
I was both surprised and amazed to know that there’s a big community of coffee lovers here in Lowyat.
After surfing many threads, there seems to have different opinions about the Vietnam coffee. Asides from the positive, some describes it as burnt, bitter type, so hyper, headache or even steal their sleep and so on… OMG, I agree, as a Vietnamese it’s like a common taste to drink like that and yah it’s quite strong.
However, probably people realize that there are different types of coffee & many more different factors influencing the coffee quality. And I want to bring you a new perspective about Vietnam coffee.
No more high caffeine, Arabica is selected & planted at higher latitude of 1200 to 1600m.
The trees were organically planted, using permaculture technique without using chemicals at all.
Instead of dry processing, our coffee cherries are wet-processed and fermented.
The green beans are air roasted by Italian technology
On top of that, we mix them with the rare Moka Arabica at ratio of 1:9.
The coffee comes with a mild euphoria, help you stay focused, fresh, but do not take away your sleep, no effects on your heartbeat or digestive system. It’s aromatic, lightly sour & leaving a natural sweetness after taste. We name it Le Plateau -
