Apparently, if u need Band 5 for telco "webe", get the TD-2016031 which was released last July. Confirm with the seller whether they sell version TD-2016030 or TD-2016031. I think current stock from all importers/sellers are still TD-2016030.
However, if you're brave enough, you can manually unlock Band 5 (Source)
So far both my Celcom & UMobile lines connect to LTE...

1) Flashed MIUI 8 China Dev ROM (Source) via "Download" Method. 2) Unlocked bootloader (successfully without waiting 10 days - Xiaomi Cloud is ur friend). 3) Flashed TWRP from Xiaomi.eu via Fastboot (Source) 4) Flashed Xiaomi.eu MIUI 8 ROM (Source) 5) Root/SuperSU via TWRP.

Snap430 is on 28nm fab. Pretty much beyond my expectation :
Bare in mind, I did not start at 100% battery capacity.
Redmi 4 most probably Snap435 or 625. If it's at Snap625 with similar 4100 mAh and the yummy Quick Charge 3.0, it will be a "one-week camping" phone...

From what I've seen td 2016030 also don't have 3g 900
