Fast.com no longer reliable. It will be as fast as speedtest, but when really streaming Netflix, it will slow according to congestion at certain times.

What device?

Using the Netflix app from the TV itself ? Check your Netflix account settings, see it is set to play at Max resolution. Also if you have a standard Samsung remote control, try pressing the info button.

You can buy the standard compatible remote for less than 50/- ( but make sure your model is stated in the list of supported models).

But first try to borrow one. While playing Netflix video, press the info button on the remote. It will show the details, speed, resolution etc.

I was talking to rx330 and about his Samsung TV, nothing else.

Are you using Samsung? I specially bought the remote for my Samsung to show Netflix info.That's why I say better borrow and try first.

If I knew this before, would have saved me 39/- on the standard remote. Anyway it will come in handy soon, because my smart Remote's right direction key is already halfway dead, after less than a year. I hope the TV won't give way so soon like the remote.

I asked Samsung service about the price , 180/- for that little thing.

You didn't say what is your speed.

Anyway to change settings , you need to go to browser and log in your account and change the playback settings from there.

On my Samsung KS7000 I actually prefer watching on 1080p resolutio, lol.

I don't know why, but watching 4k on my TV, the image look kind of soft.

So I play my 4k iso movies using Media player and force it to 1080p resolution, looks much sharper with better contrast and better blacks.

I don't know if something to do with the FW.

I have already collected the complete MI movies right from the very first release many many years ago from the very first movie where Jim Phelps was killed off as a bad guy.

I think there is some interest now to watch back the earlier ones because some of the newer viewers don't know about or have forgotten about the history of Julia (Ethan's wife) - MI 3.

Also some point of interest is that MI2 which was directed by John Woo is still the top grosser domestically in US. None of the other movies in the series have managed to beat MI2 domestic gross although globally, Ghost Protocal (MI4) onwards till Rogue Nation (MI5) have done better.

Fallout is still running so lets see if it will finally beat MI2 in domestic gross earnings in US.

Try switch off main power for a while, then power on again. To clear memory and cache.

VCD didn't really fail in terms of popularity at that time. It was very popular for pasar malam movies 😁. When it was out the only available practical storage medium was CD. Quality of course wasn't good due to the low capacity of CD (650mb) . Must use 2 disc for one low quality movie.

However it did help pave the way for DVD which appeared later which was a big improvement because of the capacity 4.7gb single layer/ 8.5 gb double layer.

Then came Blu-ray of course 25gb single/50 gb double layer.
