There always some promo when sony start selling a new flagship phone. The gifts sometime really .

For Z5P, I bought at RM2419 on Dec 2015 for Malaysian set.

Because using SD 835, this one support QC4.0. So small battery not an issue, can charge super fast.

Z5P with QC2.0 already fast. Never use QC3.0 so far as I have no phone with QC3.0.

Using QC charger with normal phone also faster than using normal charger.

Design always great.

If you watch the video I share, people in Canada are left behind.

I don't notice any different yet with new firmware.

anyway, just want to share something.

My Z1 use by my son. Yesterday he told me can't charge. I try myself, when charging using micro usb port, the screen show Sony logo for less than 1 sec, then goes blank, LED show red, few minutes later, it's happen again. So the same process repeated for hours. Try using off button near simcard doesn't work. Seem like the battery is totally dead and won't charge.

Then I read in XDA, need to charge using magnetic charger or dock. Lucky I have both. 10 secs after charge using magnetic charger, viola, battery is charging, I can see 1% on screen. swap back to micro usb, charging continue like before. Already 13% after 20minutes.

Now I wish my Z5P also have same magnetic port.

Look interesting stuff. Maybe I need one for my wife XA Ultra. My Z5P use big case, not sure can fit or not.

What about DK60, seller also have it. My plan is to replace all my main phone with type C connector.

I using Aluminium case.

Received mine yesterday. XA ultra can fit with case. My Z5P with case can't, but can use without adapter, just need to put own padding for back side.

Can use with Xiaomi Note 2 and 3 too. Xiaomi Note 1 can't use, the screen will goes to opposite side.

I saw your rating at shoopee.. just like me, use predefined text.

Happen to me too. take normal video for 4 - 5 video then hot. Sometime the app say camera is used by another apps.

After the last update, Z5P very easy to get hot. 1 hour use Waze can be so hot until some other apps can't work. Before this I use Waze for 8-9 hours non stop, never get hot.

Just use small apps System Monitor to get Batt and CPU temp while using some apps.

Z5P + Aukey Desktop Charger.

Multi purpose use. QC tester, load tester, amp meter, volt meter, power meter, charger tester (can test all type usb connector) and so on.

I also still not use all function yet. One example I test, powerbank over-current protection, this device can test how many amp can withdrawn until powerbank shut-off for protection.

Another example, usb cable tester, how many voltage drop inside the cable. for this purpose i have another small usb tester connected direct to charger, then to usb cable, then to this big device. Can compare the voltage between 2 device for the results.

My Z5P volume button and camera button not functioning after I accidentally cut half of the ribbon during battery replacement.

Waiting for replacement from China.
