Really? But when I eat tuna it will not strike that fast. But sardine afternoon eat, at night like empire strikes backbut if want to lose fat & cholestrol, then mackerel is good. just up your water intake. |

For ayam brand canned food, i like sardine more. The mackerel taste i dont like
