My nose suka suka then flu...every few days will happen once. Suffering nia....how can I solve it?

i pay through company in house clinic..got rebate so around RM20 only...if not, full price i think should be around RM60-70...but then can tahan 1 yr.i think pretty worth la if u flu often...

but a word of caution, some ppl will get fever/flu after the shot..so make sure ur not going anywhere for the nxt 2-3wks....

else suggest u to do it 4-6 mths before ur travel date...need time to build up antibody yo!

found out is my nose alergic(too sensitive) that cause the flu.

before finding solution, find the cause first.

btw, flu or cold is caused by virus, usually accompanied with fever etc.

if yours is just a case of runny nose, most prolly allergy reaction or something.

runny nose =/= flu

when air is dusty with particles = hidung sumbat or flu (normal dust no flu, but dusty with particle like haze, easily get flu compare to average ppl)

air is not fresh = feeling really not good, macam addicted to fresh air, stay long a bit in such condition my body temperature raise very high.

eliminate the variables one at a time till you get the root cause, no point stuffing yourself with pills and sticking sprays up your nose when you don't even know why...

at home, i sleep with air-cond and fan, but don't have much issue though.

nope. i was like that before married, shower early morning with hot water. always kena flu.
when married, move house no water heater, so had to shower cold at 6am.
but so far for 2 years, no flu at all.

most probably u got allergic to dust mite.

try to clean or change all ur blanket, bed sheet, pillow and its cover.

or go n get antihistamine tablet, eat one pills before you sleep until u r completely cure from flu.

me n my dad r allergic to dust mite, a doctor suggested us to do that and we feel much more better now.

TS try 2 hard boiled eggs before you goto sleep and see next day still runny nose not. If not more then you need to pack some protein in your diet.
