before finding solution, find the cause first.

btw, flu or cold is caused by virus, usually accompanied with fever etc.

if yours is just a case of runny nose, most prolly allergy reaction or something.

Common cold/runny nose doesn't have vaccine lah.

Flu got vaccine but it is different than common cold.

Blame it for bahasa malaysia, both flu and runny nose are termed as selesema.

when air is dusty with particles = hidung sumbat or flu (normal dust no flu, but dusty with particle like haze, easily get flu compare to average ppl)

air is not fresh = feeling really not good, macam addicted to fresh air, stay long a bit in such condition my body temperature raise very high.

if you suspect it's cause too cold you get runny nose, then to confirm, when you go other places that is too cold, do you get runny nose?
eliminate the variables one at a time till you get the root cause, no point stuffing yourself with pills and sticking sprays up your nose when you don't even know why...

nope. i was like that before married, shower early morning with hot water. always kena flu.
when married, move house no water heater, so had to shower cold at 6am.
but so far for 2 years, no flu at all.

Could be allergies dust, etc... Clean your damn place

i  also like you ..., my nose is very sensitive, always hav flu/sinus/snezee/watry eye.....this go on for more than 2 years on & off fyi

most probably u got allergic to dust mite.

try to clean or change all ur blanket, bed sheet, pillow and its cover.

or go n get antihistamine tablet, eat one pills before you sleep until u r completely cure from flu.

me n my dad r allergic to dust mite, a doctor suggested us to do that and we feel much more better now.

TS try 2 hard boiled eggs before you goto sleep and see next day still runny nose not. If not more then you need to pack some protein in your diet.
