before finding solution, find the cause first.

btw, flu or cold is caused by virus, usually accompanied with fever etc.

if yours is just a case of runny nose, most prolly allergy reaction or something.

runny nose =/= flu

so only runny nose at office?
what's your office environment like?
if you suspect it's cause too cold you get runny nose, then to confirm, when you go other places that is too cold, do you get runny nose?


eliminate the variables one at a time till you get the root cause, no point stuffing yourself with pills and sticking sprays up your nose when you don't even know why...
