2-3 weeks. they'll send you sms if approved, else check from IVR or call CS.

my 1st application took 3 weeks to know answer (rejected) ~ online submission.
2nd application took exactly 2 weeks (approved) ~ application via pbb officer (loan)

not just pbb, other banks as well. tons of reasons excuses for the extraordinary delay in application.
