I call the cs just now. cs tell me that the system to track the split transition. if I pay online and the time frame between two transition for same merchant I more than half an hour, It would not track it as split transition. is that correct from the cs?

Want to report two cases:

1) Book Hotel Thru Agoda with PVS last friday, although I chose pay now, they payment wasn't charged by Agoda, instead, received the sms from the PBB said that XXX Hotel has charge RMXXX, I am not sure whether this has become standard practice but I think I won't able to get 6% cash back from this transaction ~ Sad.

2) Try to pay IWK via postonline with PVS today, found no option for using credit card, does anyone has the experience?

I use MYEG to renew car roadtax and get 6% cash back.

May I know whether MyEG road tax payment still entitled for 6% CB?

gotten "1st" statement, after 6 weeks since activation.

as expected, max cashback only RM50.

sent a complaint to PBB to dispute their cashback calculation because they dont generate 1st statement for partial month (only happens to new user).

Regarding B1F1 tickets, you book 2 tickets and pay for 1? How would GSC know if you are using PB card?
What about buying 2 adults and 2 kids tickets in a single transaction? Free on the adult or kid ticket?

Read the TnC... only 1 free ticket per card holder per day. Wonder if supp card can also get free ticket for the same day as principal card? i.e. buy 2 free 2. Anyone tried?

Tried on GSC Mobile, the screen didnot show the nett amount (less out the free ticket) after I put in my pbvs card#. Will it show the nett before final confirm payment screen?
