the difference is that pansexuals are more into personalities (the way you talk, your intelligence, etc). bisexuals still go for looks (physical attributes like figure, complexion, the smile, etc)

i'm not sure if i am the best person to answer that question, because some people are attracted to another purely because of lust, some are genuine attraction. the best i answer i could come up is probably this: imagine kissing that person; do you feel like throwing up, or does it turn you on even more
