Sorry for not being clear. Perhaps typing too fast. Its in the title actually.

Can a change from #hotlink to the new hotlink FAST plan be made?

Main hotlink website says not applicable. http://www.hotlink.com.my/en/plans/fast.html
FAQs library in the hotlink website says can be done. http://www.hotlink.com.my/en/support/faq-l...y/internet.html
Spoke to a consultant on 123 says can be done.

So which is which?

From your first link, compare the points under the Internet Passes and those under the Plan Upgrade steps:

Not applicable for Tablet Plan, #Hotlink, #Hotlink EC/EM, Hotlink2.0 EC/EM, #Hotlink Super IDD

and

Not applicable for Tablet Plan, #Hotlink EC/EM & Hotlink2.0 EC/EM #Hotlink Super IDD

Is your plan just #Hotlink or #Hotlink EC/EM? I understand #Hotlink can upgrade, but #Hotlink EC/EM cannot. These are 2 different plans.

For upgrading, you should be looking at the Red one, and #Hotlink is not in the list of exceptions.

Thank you. hence the confusion on my part as I want to upgrade a #hotlink WM plan I guess.

Spoke to a consultant on 123 again, and he clarified that #hotlink WM plan can be upgraded but not #hotlink EC/EM plans...
