QUOTE(minthiam @ Dec 28 2015, 12:02 PM) I thought this is due to MH joined OW and they can't simply give out Enrich Silver and Enrich Gold anymore? Otherwise OW would have plenty of Ruby and Sapphire members. Btw, MH joined OW on 1 February 2013. oic, i dont know this is because of OW. i thought this is because credit card revise benefit |

QUOTE(terence_say @ Jan 1 2016, 12:32 AM) Just do a research on flight from SIN-ICN bro, CX flight not easy to redeem, only limited seats available, most likely you wont be able to book.found out that Asia Miles Cathay surcharges is much cheaper compare to MAS SIN-ICN Business class x2 MAS 187,000 Enrich miles + RM1743 Cathay 160,000 Asia miles + HKD1136(RM631) Asia miles need less miles for redemption and also cheaper surcharges, but Cathay is one stop at HK while MAS is non stop flight. Look like asia miles had higher value to price ratio try your luck and let us know |

CX Lounge in KLIA = so so CX in-flight meal = great CX The Wing Biz Lounge in HK = great, but noodle need long Q PEK MH ground staff service = terrible! Counter only open 3hrs before flight (out-source). 2 counter for Biz, me n mi'lady in different Q see which 1 faster, end up faster 1 took us 45mins to clear. Long Q again at immigration, end up our advance time all gone in Q. BGS Premier Lounge at PEK = so so (same standard as CX KLIA Lounge) MH in-fight meal = so so (if u compare to CX menu, its nothing at all) Flight Club at KLIA = food presentation nice, taste normal, cozy place, we got the most left corner which is a sofa seat, quiet, comfortable and nice view on the tarmac. Oh, can hop back to PPL for shower n whatsover, the 3hr access is shared you use MH ticket to enter BGS? did you try Air China lounge? |

QUOTE(herc @ Jan 4 2016, 08:16 AM) Inexperience staff I guess, took so long for each counter to clear 1 passenger. I will fly PEK again next month, hopefully this long queue thing won't happen.Economy counter move way faster. Nope, I use PriorityPass. Didnt try, I chose the nearest lounge, PEK T3 gates is very far between each other, short of time and I just wanna grab some drinks Last time i use my Citibank premier miles to enter BGS I read alot of good review about airchina and bgs lounge, maybe that was day time where they prepared more food. |

QUOTE(silent_screamerz @ Feb 11 2016, 11:39 AM) hi guys. happy new year. Buy PER economy ticket then upgrade one way to business class with 30k point got some question. i have 35k enrich miles expired on march 2016. i have around 150k treatpoints and 30k amex membership point. is it worth it to extend the point or i should spend in on maybe local flight or other partnes ie hotel or car rental? i just sign up with m2premier and still waiting for the card, and planning holiday to PER this april. as i see it, i couldnt get enough point for trip to PER. |

QUOTE(silent_screamerz @ Feb 11 2016, 11:13 PM) there is another trick, 1) first upgrade your wife ticket with your miles 2) when you reach airport, find MH ticket counter, ask for the "last min upgrade" with cash, pay cash to up. judging from 30k miles per way upgrade, it should be about 4 hour flight journey, cash upgrade may cost RM550 to RM800 per way. |

QUOTE(silent_screamerz @ Feb 15 2016, 08:52 AM) Oh didnt know that. but provided i buy the MHFlex ticket right? since the promo ticket cant get any miles and upgrade. See what is your fare classAnyway thanks for the help. Mh basic, MH smart, MH flex all can do miles upgrade Mhupgrade with money bidding doesn't care fare class, so long they have empty seat they will allow upgrade. Then finally is last min counter upgrade, if i remember correctly, they also don't care your fare class. They just want money |

QUOTE(aspartame @ Feb 15 2016, 09:04 AM) How is this last min cash upgrade different from the bidding to upgrade by MH ( done online) ? pros and cons? Also, if use 30,000 miles to upgrade, might as well spend RM550 to RM800 to upgrade with cash right? cheaper. Last min upgrade only can do at airport counter. always more expensive than MHupgrade online bidding.Mhupgrade for Beijing i bidded RM 400 and won, some people bidding RM420 for Korea trip also won. But these places would need 30k miles per way upgrade. So short distance if MH upgrade or cash upgrade at airport available, not worth to do miles upgrade. |

QUOTE(speedfamgirl @ Feb 17 2016, 05:18 AM) Aiyaa...was sad that my recent MH ticket redemption to Miri was not credited any sector anymore. Last year i got 2 sectors incl points for my award return trip! Even the free trip was not shown in my enrich profile after few days. i suppose award ticket shouldn't earn point and sector right? maybe last year they credited to you by mistake.Talking about YMMV.. |
