is "Management Trainee" job worth to try?, or does it waste time?

I am currently "Management Trainee"
Pay sucks, and then they will suka hati campak you to any department they want Then if you make any mistake, kaw2 kena maki and say "you management trainee should know better bla bla bla" But most of all the pay sucks, I have yet to reach RM2K. Heck, not even RM1.7K |
