but basically is kuli job but you have degree/diploma compared to the actual kuli.
pro: after finish 'training period' can get middle-management job.
con: must look at the company. if it's mnc then maybe you got great future if you finish the training.
if chinaman/SME company, maybe wasted 1-2 years of working when other friends maybe got better offer.
sos: i am management trainee 10 years ago, but now in different company....
