For a fresh graduate, its a good path if you lack of experiences, but if you've already have dream job & skill set then dont especially in this period of time.

Depends on the company. If it is a MNC or big company then it is OK. These days many companies even very small ones use the term "Management Trainee" to attract potential applicants but in reality the jobs are menial jobs which has low salary and offers little prospect.

Depends. Some companies slap "management trainee" just to lure you in, but then the job is simply a normal fresh grad job with no special training and/or no special progression pathway to management.

depends on who offers

banks management trainees are good jobs, often quite good pay and benefits

unfortunately some companies use this, then they pay you shit and stuff

Some companies have good programmes for management trainees. Those who are accepted are usually assigned to various departments. See where their skills sets are most suited and where they fit in.

But I think it is usually for fresh graduates.
