Went to the showroom today, the agent told me this project has a total of  22 acre and blahblahblah unit, each acre only blahblahblah, so it is not considered a high dense project. i don rmb the number of unit, and because she said by acre, i don really have an idea, since im new to these housing projects.
-after went back home and search, wow.... its 6k units... the heck. not high dense....

i told her if wanted to buy this house, it would be invest purpose only since i most probably wont work around tat area.
-she started telling me the estimated rental and airbnb where you can rent it out easily, atmost 60% of the month would be rented out.

then when asked about the developer, i was told that akisima was a big company, done big projects, haven you heard of example, example and example? i was like no, and he said they are good...

imagine all the disappointments.....

i placed the booking and was promised to get a refund within 14days. please enlighten me, this is true right?

actually, the modeled scale buildings looks really packed, but the agent said there will be some distance between them and its okay..?

yeah, been reading this thread from beginning to the end and I am not sure if I can trust this developer, and whether I should just retreat and take back my booking fee.
I was thinking of doing this as an investment at the beginning, do you have any advice?

Just drop my unit that I booked with Razak City after reading so many "interesting" facts around last week. To the buyers who are interested in this project, there's no direct link bridge to Bandar Malaysia. You have to cross multiple highways before hitting Bandar Malaysia FYI.

I think this area even though no direct link to BM still ok, because surrounding amenities is also quite mature. got schools for kid and market place to buy vege every morning.
Consider very convenient for small family to stay or rent here.

Some might not like it for poor quality or no direct link, but for low income family is not a bad choice.

I'm considering buying this project for my first home...
I am inexperienced of buying any property at all...no idea what's roi and etc etc
I Just wish this property i brought i do not have a terrible neighbour that lives nearby or above me which makes noise at sleeping time...as previously i Moved Like 10 time within a year cause of bad neighbour...bad watersource and terrible management..
But i pick this because of reasonable price to afford and nice location

My salary so far I think could afford 800k property and i always prefer landed instead of condo due to bad experience.
But the landed property that within my affordable range are always outskirt of the state

think twice as for first home always look into something you can afford and like. although they say you can find some where with similar price but i think it's outskirt. me myself bought a condo at Bangi from MahSing Southville. it's high density and far from town. location is the key and regretted!

Razak City is a property for fresh graduate, new comer to city, low budget people.

Its no a product to compete with high/luxury range property.
