Seems, the whole experience is:

1. Product must be cheaper than market price, voucher is mostly welcome.
2. Product must be in new condition, no imported set. Local warranty is much more favorable.
3. Delivery must very fast too, today order, tomorrow ship, delay will make people worry and angry.

then call up on 1.30pm on Sunday, say wana deliver now .....

wait until people go dinner at 9pm only call again .....

after tat said failed delivery ....

really stupid delivery services ...

use other delivery company, no sms or call oso but buy on Sat, Monday already received ...

I can bet this Ninjavan will close shop very fast ...

Actually not much difference la. It take ages to fill in the 64GB card, I think due to my cheap RM2 card reader (slow transfer), transfer movie from PC to the card need 1 hour.
I think will happen the same if connect the phone to the PC, because of the slow USB 2.0.

In the phone performance also not much different, all can play the media immediately, no matter if the media file is over 4GB.
I compare this with a 32GB Kingston with 30mb speed.

I already complained about NinjaVan in Lazada's FB and in email. Then, Lazada called me to follow up asking to review NinjaVan's service. They claimed that NinjaVan got good track record in Singapore.

Lazada backup NinjaVan telling me that Malaysia's address is confusing. The road names are not unique. They said like Jalan Tun Razak got 2 places and they did not bother to look at the postcodes. What a lousy excuse. You wanna be a courier service company but don't know the roads in Klang Valley. Very lousy service.
