I noticed that bad reviews never gets published, only the good ones.
I reviewed two items I bought during the sale. One I complained about NinjaVan - it didnt get published LOL

Then, old bad review also get hidden.

well I wrote that everything is good (PS4 btw) except that delivery by NinjaVan is bad. I disagree with you that reviews are of the product only. We review the product and the company that sells it and their delivery service
