that's why I say good luck.. there's even some demonstration on this project previously. asking why open to "others" when the area should be "preserved" as it is now

but the rental rate for gurney height (haute neighbour) not bad.

can reach rm2k for 1000 sqft.

just need to top up like 200-300 to cover loan (if rate remain stagnant 3 years later upon vp).

but one concern is, the rumawip. their purchase price is very low - 199k. 800 sqft. decent size. for sure they can offer much-much lower rental rate and I think this will heavily affect the rental rate for gurney heights & haute.

rumawip cannot rent out to people

if they can monitor/control the rumawip unit then good.

but i think there will still be people renting out. same like PPR.
