What is the price range for different unit and different floors?

lowest floor + 1000sf = RM?
highest floor + 1050sf = RM?

if its RM500k, its realy cheap! gurney heights is RM400k, but its all old buildings.

lowest floor starting would be 570K (before any discount)
after rebate, price psf is around rm550 .. ( non bumi )

if nett bumi price would be rm521 psf

yupp..compare to surrounding, it was superb cheap n worth !
could compare with The Chymes price psf around rm800 starting rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

That's why l try to find out from the experts in case l missed out any FH from this developer...
Anyone has FH info from the above list, pls advise.

Curious what the end products will be like in terms of quality. A lot of fanfare and hype. Hope the final product really lives up to it all
